Miniature Wargaming 2026

Miniature wargaming enthusiasts are in for a treat at Spellenspektakel 2026. Drop by the following exhibitors, browse their ranges, enjoy the demonstrations and join one of the many tournaments. Discover the full line-up below for 7 and 8 November 2026:

Artis Opus

Artis Opus is best known for their high-quality brushes, specially designed for painting miniatures. Their brushes are tested by some of the most renowned painters in the industry, and their feedback shapes the design of every brush, ensuring it meets the highest standard.

Free demonstrations of their technique will be given at the Artis Opus stand.

The Baltic Challenge 2.0 (Sunday only)

The Baltic Challenge 2.0 is a demonstration of how a war could start, or be prevented. In this case, World War III. What if Russia wins the war in Ukraine? Could they take the Baltic states? Or could the West stop them? What would you do? Take part and experience it for yourself.

Battlegroup Northag

It’s 1983 and the Cold War is heating up. The Soviet Union is invading Western Europe. Command your tanks and artillery in 6mm scale in this fast-playing tabletop wargame with clear rules and quick results. Seven Days to the Rhine? Come and play, and see if you can pull it off!

Brikwars

Do you play Warhammer, Kings of War, Bolt Action or other miniature wargames? Then you have to check out Brikwars.

Brikwars is what happens when classic tabletop wargaming is unleashed on a huge box of LEGO. Armies, tanks, spaceships, castles, dragons, pirates, ninjas and chainsaw-wielding heroes can all appear on the same battlefield at the same time. Not because it makes sense, but because it’s brilliant.

In Brikwars you don’t just build your army, you design it yourself. Anything you can build can, in principle, join the fight. A heavily armed tank? A flying fortress? A mecha with far too many missiles? If it’s made of bricks, it can wage war.

Where many wargames strive for perfect balance and tight competitive rules, Brikwars is all about creativity, spectacular action and unforgettable moments. Heroes pull off impossible stunts, buildings collapse, vehicles explode and carefully worked-out plans go gloriously wrong.

What to expect at Spellenspektakel?

Demonstration games will be played all day on both Saturday and Sunday. Watch, ask questions and learn how the game works. And especially how it doesn’t work. On Saturday there will also be a Brikwars competition. Bring six LEGO minifigures of your own and join in. You can sign up at the Brikwars table in the morning.
