The game ‘NL in Kaart’ is in prototype status and is a card game in which 1 player competes against the others each round. Cooperative and competitive alternate.

It is a so-called trick-taking game, in which each game is played with a set of 4 historical professions. Each player gets three chances to choose a profession. This changes some of the rules of the game and also how that player can earn victory points. And each time a different profession must be chosen!

At the moment, no less than 10 sets of professions are being tested – 40 in total – which forces you to look at your cards and play them in a different way each time. The game is a good introduction to this genre for beginners and is full of surprises for the experienced card player.
